Facilitated by Deb Steele and WISE, participants engage in quick written responses to creative prompts. Folks can share with the group or listen – all activities are by choice. Participants can gather in person or join remotely via zoom, connect with others, and kindle some communal light in the evenings. No writing experience needed! Just have a pen and paper ready and you’ll be all set.

For over a decade, WISE has been honored to serve as a Nonprofit Partner in the Covered Bridges Half Marathon, one of our most anticipated annual events. Every year, our mighty team inspires us with their passion, determination, and compassion.

This year, despite warm and muggy conditions, Team WISE completed the race with energy and heart. Together, the team raised more than $42,000 and welcomed 183 new donors to our community. We are grateful to every runner, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this year’s team efforts so successful. Together, you help ensure that survivors in our community have access to advocacy, support, and resources when they need them most.
