WISE Teen Voices Zine Submission
WISE Teen Voices is a creative zine created by and for Upper Valley teens. We are looking for writing and art that move, inform, and inspire young people working toward a world free from violence.
We welcome your voice, your perspective, and your creativity. Share something that feels important to you. Something that tells a story, asks a question, sparks a conversation, celebrates connection, imagines a different future, or makes someone feel less alone.
All creative styles are welcome, including poetry, painting, drawing, collage, photography, lists, essays, and anything else you want to create. Your work can be personal, playful, messy, joyful, serious, hopeful, and anywhere in between. You decide what you want to share and how you want to share it.
If you are 13–19 years old and live in the Upper Valley, we welcome you to contribute. Submissions should be:
- under 500 words or up to a 2-page visual spread
- your original work
- connected in some way to creating safer, more connected communities and ending violence
Four submissions will receive a $25 gift card to Nugget Theaters!
Submissions close February 28, 2027
We admire all the brave teen voices in the Upper Valley and unfortunately we will not be able to publish every submission. Even if your work is not chosen for publication, know that we celebrate all of the art we have the honor to receive and hope you continue to share your work with WISE Teen Voices in the future.
